The direct answer: how much to invest in an AI assistant for your WhatsApp and your site, what it includes, and why a service we build for you is not the same as a software subscription that grows every month.
Direct answer
With Marcyan, an AI assistant for your WhatsApp and your site starts at $900 as a one-time payment, and it includes setup, training with your business information and maintenance. It is not a software subscription you configure yourself: it is a service we build for you, with a clear price up front.
Tell us about your business and within 24 hours you get a clear proposal: free, no strings, no sales call required just to hear back.
We agree on scope with prices on the table, including the monthly SEO and maintenance others hide from you, so you know what you pay before we touch a single line of code.
We build your site in real Spanish and English, not a Google Translate toggle, and you review it live until it sounds like you in both languages.
We ship it fast and in clean HTML that ChatGPT, Gemini, and Meta AI can actually read, so your business shows up when people ask for what you offer.
We go live and your AI assistant, the same one helping you here, starts handling customers; we stay with you after launch instead of disappearing.
The market is full of subscription chatbot apps: they start cheap (around $15 to $30 a month) but the price climbs once you add the AI, the templates and the usage charges, and you configure it yourself. At the other end, a fully custom build can cost thousands of dollars. Our middle ground: $900 once, built by us.
Let us be clear about one technical detail: if the official WhatsApp API is used, Meta charges for some conversations (there is a free volume per month and then a per-conversation cost). That charge is Meta's, not ours: we explain it up front so there are no surprises. We charge for getting your assistant up and running, not for each message.
A one-time payment for the service: setup, training, launch and maintenance. No mandatory monthly fee.
from $900 one-time payment
I want my assistant$900 is the starting point for an initial automation (for example, an assistant that answers and schedules) and includes setup, training, launch and maintenance. More complete projects are quoted based on scope. Separately: if the official WhatsApp API is used, Meta charges for some conversations; that cost is Meta's, not ours, and we explain it to you up front.
Custom web app: clients book appointments and browse nail inspiration.
With us it is a one-time payment: from $900 for the setup, the training and the launch, with maintenance included. We do not lock you into a mandatory monthly fee. If later on you want a broader ongoing maintenance plan, it is optional and quoted separately, always with a clear price.
It includes setting up the assistant, training it with your business information (services, prices, hours, frequently asked questions), connecting it to your WhatsApp and your site, getting the messages ready in English and Spanish, training your team and maintaining it. It is a service we build for you, not software you configure yourself.
You might, and we prefer to tell you straight: if the official WhatsApp API is used, Meta offers a free volume of conversations per month and then charges a per-conversation cost. That charge is Meta's, not ours. We explain up front whether it applies to your case, so there are no surprises.
Subscription apps usually start cheap and climb as you add the AI and the extras, and you configure them yourself. We hand it to you up and running, trained on your business and truly bilingual in English and Spanish. You pay for the result, not for wrestling with a tool every month.
No. We configure it, connect it and hand it to you working, with simple training for your team. You focus on your business; we handle the technical side.
An initial automation is usually ready in one to three weeks, depending on which tools we connect and how ready your content is (answers, hours, services). We give you a realistic timeline from the start.
Tell us what you want it to answer and schedule, and we give you a proposal with a locked-in price in under 24 hours, no strings attached.
Tell us your idea. In less than 24 hours you will have a personalized proposal, no commitment, completely free.
